"DMS has carried out construction on several projects at
Simplot Canada Limited’s Brandon facility, including brown-field
and retrofit type jobs. We are pleased with their management, competency and attention to details on these jobs.

DMS worked closely with our project teams, had a good grasp of
the scope of work, organized the necessary resources, closely maintained construction schedules they had committed to, and coordinated efforts with Simplot to contain costs. DMS provided excellent supervision and a skilled workforce on all the jobs
awarded to them. They followed safe practices as well as
adhered to Simplot’s safety codes, thereby attaining zero
recordable injuries on this site. Their attention to quality control
and documentation has been diligent and prompt.

Changes to job scopes have been properly managed and
documented and Simplot’s approval was obtained before
proceeding with any modifications."

"In the spring of 2004, DMS was contracted by Kvaerner-Chemetics to perform the intricate relocation of a chemical plant from Taft, Louisiana to our Brandon Manitoba facility.
Since March, we have worked closely with DMS and their management team and have been very impressed with both their ability and professionalism.

Throughout the project they have remained accountable and transparent, delivering a product that lives up to the high standards they promote. The DMS Quality Assurance program has been paramount to the success of our project, as has their commitment to safety, maintaining a zero lost time accident rate throughout the 130,000 man-hours worked.

We have relied heavily on their ability to manage a very aggressive schedule and the underlying challenges typical to a relocation project of this magnitude.
DMS has shown leadership, effective management, and the ability to meet the project objectives. We look forward to working with them in the future.”
